Mimi’s Attic Dealer Program Summary

This summary is an overview of the terms of the Dealer Contract but is not exhaustive. For the full details, ask to see a copy of our Contract!


Mimi’s Attic will set aside a certain amount of space square footage for you to set up displays and sell almost any contemporary or modern items that you’d like!

There is no minimum term, so feel free to set up for a month, set up for a year, or anything in between!

You’re welcome to sell any items that are too new to be considered vintage. This includes furniture, clothing, objects, original artwork/creations, and shelf-stable consumables. You can even sell upcycled creations!

Rent will be due monthly, and will be deducted from the previous month’s sales. This rent number already includes utilities, staff wages for maintaining the space, staff wages for representing/selling your items (the customer interactions), staff wages for marketing our Dealer program, and of course the actual rent we pay for the space itself.

There is also a 5% commission on all items sold to help cover our merchant processor fees.

You set your own prices!

Mimi’s Attic will include you on our website, social media marketing, and weekly newsletters! We just ask that you do a little bit of the same.

Mimi’s worries about collecting sales tax, so you don’t have to!
